Juice and preserves
We make delicious juices from our apples. The fruit is pressed locally into cloudy, unfiltered juice, containing no other ingredient except for Vitamin C.

We produce four types of juice, each with its own distinctive taste:

• James Grieve – crisp and dry with a delicious tangy flavour

• Cox & Bramley – medium/dry with superb flavour, our best-selling variety

• Discovery – medium and crisp with a refreshing summery flavour

• Russet – sweet with a slightly spicy taste, just like the apples

All four flavours come in 1 litre bottles.
The Cox and Bramley juice is also available in small (25cl) bottles.

We offer a selection of homemade jams, jellies, chutneys and preserves from fruit grown on the farm. Foremost amongst these is our delicious loganberry jam.
